The Administrative Office Professional: Certificate of Completion Clerical prepares students to fulfill a wide variety of entry-level office support positions in any industry. The coursework combines computer skills, filing, word processing, office procedures and basic bookkeeping. Students will also gain specialized skills in payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, or desktop publishing.

-          43-9061.00 Office Clerks, General : Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
