Associate Dean of Learning

Southwestern's Associate Deans serve as the primary operational and management link between the Faculty and Administration. They are responsible for daily issues and decisions regarding scheduling, staffing, budget monitoring, program and curriculum development, faculty performance evaluation, program marketing, student recruitment and retention.
