SWOCC's Institutional Accreditation Process describes the set of responsibilities reliable methods, and documentation our institution will use to implement NWCCU's Standards for Accreditation. The process will include NWCCU Standards for Accreditation elements as defined by the commission's revised accreditation standards adopted January 11, 2010. The process covers five standards:
The Year One Report was submitted to NWCCU and the evaluators on March 1, 2013 with a letter of reaffirmation received by the college on July 22, 2013. The college is currently in the process of updating and enhancing processes guided by the Mission, Core Themes, Core Theme Objectives, and Indicators as one element of the accreditation process. Information related to the process will be captured during Institutional Manager's meetings and reflected in the minutes. The next report is due in March 2015 covering Standards 1 and 2.
