GED Graduation at Southwestern

Friday, June 13th, 2008 - 4:00 p.m.
Southwestern's Hales Center for the Performing Arts

Congratulations on your passage of the GED examinations. This is a milestone that you and your family should be proud of. The faculty and staff of the Adult Learning Skills Program (ALSP) are indeed proud of your accomplishments and would like to celebrate this important rite of passage with you and your family.

Cap, Gowns & Tassels:

You will need to pick up white caps, gowns and red, white and blue tassels ($25.00 fee) from the SOCC bookstore. Scholarships are available for graduation caps and gowns, please contact Jackie Hansford at 888-7116.

When you arrive at the SOCC Bookstore please have the following information:
GED Graduation – White Cap and Gown – Red, White, and Blue Tassel.

Invitations:

We are also having invitations printed so you can send invites to your family and friends. You can pick up the invitations after 5/12/2008.

Rehearsal:

Rehearsal Date: June 12th
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Hales Center for the Performing Arts

Graduation Commencement Date:

Commencement Date: June 13th
Time: 4:00 p.m. (Graduates need to be there by 3:00 p.m.)
Place of Ceremony: Hales Center for the Performing Arts
Place of Reception: Oregon Coast Culinary Institute
Pictures: After the Graduation, order your photos. Click on the link below, click on "Preregistration" and search for our school. You will need to search for "southwestern" or "southwestern oregon community college" for the proper registration link to come up. click on the "Southwestern Oregon Community College - GED" link.
