This is Kelly’s third year as the Athletic Trainer/Health and PE Instructor here at Southwestern. She carries out her passion of Athletic Training (AT) through teaching the AT classes and Health/PE classes, as well as overseeing Athletic Training Students involved in the Athletic Training Program.
Kelly is originally from Beltsville, Maryland where she received her undergraduate (Bachelor's of Science) degree in Athletic Training from Salisbury University in 2004. After graduation, she took an internship for a year in Washington D.C. at Georgetown University. She moved to Oahu, Hawaii for Graduate school and received her Master's degree in Kinesiology and Leisure Science in 2007. Shortly after graduation, she moved to the Coos Bay area to work here at Southwestern as the Athletic Trainer.
Kelly currently lives in North Bend with her husband, Jack and son, Ezra.

Rachel is originally from Bandon, Oregon. She graduated from the Oregon State University Athletic Training program this past year. She is currently interning here at Southwestern.
