Ever wonder how some business people can close sales without seeming to try?  Sales skills are an important part of any successful business.  Learn the tricks and techniques used by the best sales people.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn how to find qualifying leads
  • Practice making a strong sales pitch
  • Develop skills to overcome objections
  • Know when to close the sale

Instructor Pam de Jong has a broad range of experience that gives her a unique perspective on business.  She spent 13 years in the Securities Industry (Merrill Lynch/Head Operations Controller, Smith Barney/Licensed Associate).  Her background includes 4 years as Office Administrator for Private Family Trust and Foundation.  Pam has a MBA (Masters in Business Administration/Strategic Leadership) from Dominican University San Rafael California.  For 9 years she owned Home-Office-Life Management Services a management consulting business which moved to Coos Bay in 2006.  For the past 5 years Pam has been teaching business classes at the SWOCC Small Business Development Center.  She is currently employed as the Employment Specialist at Star of Hope Activity Center, Inc. since 2010.

A workshop fee of $45 per person covers all materials.
