COOS BAY, OR – Joseph Moquino, a guard for the Southwestern Oregon Community College (SWOCC) Men’s Basketball team, signed a national letter of intent, May 7, 2012 to continue playing basketball next year at Lewis-Clark State College, a NAIA Division I school and member of the Frontier Conference.
