This week Southwestern students from Psychology 231 went to both Marshfield and North Bend High Schools to teach dating communication and violence prevention activities. Our students facilitated activities and discussions on issues such as: healthy relationships, dating gender gap, societal influences on intimacy, what love really is, low cost to no cost date ideas, and more. Student surveys from the high school students showed they enjoyed the activities and learned something in a fun environment.
