Child Care Resource and Referral links parents, child care providers, employers and the community to provide accessible, affordable, quality child care to all children. From the database, staff give parents referrals to a variety of child care settings. Parents receive education on how to choose safe, appropriate child care and information on community resources.
Providers on the database receive referrals and support for their child care business. Resource and Referral offers training so providers can become professional in the child care and education field.

"Healthy Families can help you by teaching you how your baby grows. You set goals for yourself and your family. They provide with you with resources to help get by in times of need. I would definitely recommend being a part of the Healthy Families Oregon Program!"
"Healthy Families is a confidential program with understanding, honest, caring home visitors. I don't know what I would have done without the support."
"Healthy Families Oregon has given me the confidence I need to be the best parent I can be to my two toddler boys..."
"Through my home visitor's help, I can help my baby grow better, or stimulate her mind the right way , or know what she's supposed to be doing at a particular state. Because otherwise I'd just be like, Okay, what do I do want? I wouldn't know what parts of her brain are developing at what time. And I just might be able to encourage her growth so she becomes the best little girl that she can be."
