PE*0582*105  INDOOR WALKING 
Set to popular music Indoor Walking utilizes multidirectional walking movements (forward/back, sidestepping, grapevines, etc.), as well as body-weight, strength training exercises, a little bit of dance, and a lot of fun! At least one foot remains on the floor at all times, keeping the physical impact low, while the varied musical tempos provide effective cardiovascular interval training. Easily modified to suit individual fitness levels, Indoor Walking is for participants of all ages and abilities, from seasoned exercisers, to those who are new or returning to physical exercise. ART*0138*65 STAINED GLASS 
Dana Rieck teaches the SWOCC stained glass class in a studio format, where everyone works independently, at their on pace, on a work of their choosing. Most students work using the copper foil technique, but advanced students also use lead came. It’s a fun, low-stress atmosphere!

RE *0100 *65   REAL ESTATE BROKER PRE-LICENSE COURSE
This accelerated course prepares you to qualify for the Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License Exam in just 10 weeks. It is a hybrid course, combining live lecture with on-line home study to meet the 150 hour requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). Attendance is recommended at all evening sessions as well as the Exam Preparation Day on Saturday following the last evening class. The course and instructor are certified by the OREA. SPAN*9034*01 SPANISH FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
This one-credit course is tailored to meet the needs of the health-care professional who has limited or no experience speaking Spanish and wishes to communicate with Spanish speaking patients and clients.

IND*4100 TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGER TRAINING
This is a one day, Oregon Department of Transportation approved, safety training course covering the requirements for flaggers and approved techniques for moving traffic cautiously and consistently through work zones. Students who successfully complete the course receive an ODOT credential for flaggers, valid for three years. Must be 18 years of age or older to receive certification. Class fees cover all materials. Please bring snacks to eat during breaks if needed, as there is no lunch break provided during this training. Pre-registration and payment is required.
