Dining Services

Premier Services Group is Southwestern's food service provider for fine dining, banquets, receptions, box lunches, barbecues, special meals and cafe style dining. We work with small or large groups to design meal plans and refreshment breaks that fit your needs.

Breakfast

Breakfast includes: made to order omelets, waffles and pancakes with fruit toppings. Breakfast potatoes, breads, pastries, choice of fresh fruit, a low fat yogurt selection, hot and cold cereals, hot and cold beverages and a wide variety of fruit juices round out your morning meal selections.

Lunch

Lunch features: two made from scratch soups of the day; a full service deli with a wide selection of meats, cheeses, salads and breads; hot lunch entrees including steamed vegetables, a side dish, three varieties of pizza, an eighteen item salad bar with fresh toppings, dressings, and specialty salads; fluffy dinner rolls or fresh baked breads; hand-crafted desserts or fresh fruits; hot and cold beverages including popular carbonated soft drinks, specialty coffees and regular non-carbonated favorites such as lemonade, iced tea and juices.

Dinner

Dinner features: two hearty entrees including steamed vegetables, side dishes, an eighteen item salad bar with fresh toppings, dressings and specialty salads; fluffy dinner rolls and fresh baked breads; hand crafted desserts or fresh fruits; hot and cold beverages including popular carbonated soft drinks and regular non-carbonated favorites such as lemonade, iced tea and juices.

Special Diets & Requests

Special menu options such as vegetarian, low cholesterol, and ethnic preferences can be prepared with advance notice. These options may include additional charges based on the nature and/or complexity of the request.
