Chef Monica Almond is a graduate of Southwestern’s Oregon Coast Culinary Institute in Coos Bay. This class will meet at the Curry Campus in Brookings on Tuesday, October 3 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Participants will have a chance to sample dishes prepared in class. Pre-registration is required. Cost of the class is $50. Class space is limited.
