Myrtle Point, Oregon – The Transitional Education Department, a college and career preparation program at Southwestern Oregon Community College, will be offering GED exam preparation, college and career preparation and college placement test preparation this upcoming term in Myrtle Point. Students can build a pipeline to enter college, training programs and jobs in high-demand career areas.
Orientation is scheduled for Monday January 7th, from 6:30 pm to 9:20 pm at the Maple Education Building (the old Maple Elementary School). All new students please call Marlene Neideigh at 541-572-2680 if you have any questions.
The next orientation is scheduled for April 1st, 2013.
Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday between 6:30 pm and 9:20 pm.
The cost per term is $50.
Winter term 2013: January 7th – March 20th, 2013.
