Southwestern sets Tai Chi class in Curry CountySouthwestern Oregon Community College is hosting a summer class in Tai Chi – an ancient Chinese form of gentle choreographed movements that is practiced to benefit body, mind and spirit – starting June 23 in Curry County.
The class – led by certified Tai Chi and Chi Kung instructor Saun Stone – is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the term at South Coast Fitness Center in Harbor.
