Join Chef Monica Almond and learn to prepare these regional dishes. Participants will have the opportunity to sample these dishes in class. This class will meet Monday February 25, from 6:00-9:00p.m. at the Curry Campus in Brookings at 96082 Lone Ranch Parkway. Cost of this class is $55.
