Southwestern helps local woman realize dream
Terry Brueckner first inquired about pursuing her dream of becoming an elementary teacher in 2003.
But as a successful business woman and mom, her life was too full to take on a new challenge. In the fall of 2005, her daughter was off to college. She ran into Gold Beach Advisor Janet Pretti and casually mentioned her old dream.
She recalls Pretti grabbing her hand, looking her straight in the eyes saying, “If that is your dream, get started. Take a class, any class.”
