Welcome to Southwestern's Theatre Department

The theatre department at Southwestern Oregon Community College is home to about thirty students, faculty and community artists dedicated to offering Bay area audiences innovative productions and diverse, challenging repertoire. From Shakespeare and Beckett to Durang and student-written plays, we provide training and performance opportunities for students planning to transfer for a four-year degree, as well as those for whom drama is an important interest or curiosity. Class enrollment and casting are open to all.
