Guided by current research and sound educational practices from the fields of child development and family studies, we are committed to providing a resource for the people of Coos County that strengthens child, parent, and community well being.

Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Pathways to Positive Parenting Project has been named the “HUB” for parenting education in Coos and Curry counties. This designation brings with it at least three years of grant funding through the Oregon Community Foundation (OCF), in collaboration with the Meyer Memorial Trust, to further develop and continue community parenting education in our local area. more...
