Comprehensive Institutional Assessment
- Robin Bunnell transitioned to full-time institutional researcher
- Institutional effectiveness “dashboard” of key indicators created
- Southwestern joined the Continuous Quality Improvement Network (CQIN) became a partner in CQIN WIRED: Innovation Curriculum Development Project.
- Assessment strategies at the session, class, course, department, program, and institution levels are part of cohort trainings
Instructional Innovation
- Faculty Innovations committee created to support faculty innovation pilots
- Expanded advisor training
- Summer Bridge pilot program in conjunction with Marshfield High School

- WebAdvisor E-advising Service Package was purchased and software installed, employee and faculty training in process
- Wireless campus created
