Administrative and Educational Support Unit Objectives are prepared each year by all units based on the organizational chart and budget authority. Each unit develops objectives for the year and identifies assessment tools to be used to determine whether the success criteria identified in the document is achieved. Data collection occurs throughout the year with an updated document posted each summer containing the objectives with results and a plan of action for enhancement and improvement.
Southwestern is pleased to announce the conversion of paper documents to an online software system called TracDat by using the username and password of "SOCC" (all capital letters). A summary page lists all of the units and degree/programs at Southwestern. Click on the Reports Tab and then on sub-tabs to access report information for individual areas as well as Southwestern's Strategic Plan (located on the sub-tab titled "SWOCC/Reporting Unit)". Run the Strategic Plan Goals Summary report by clicking on "run" and then choosing all areas to view the goals by all reporting units or narrow your search by selecting individual areas.
