Southwestern Oregon Community College is proud to offer Apartment Style Student Housing! In addition Southwestern has 24-hour security that patrols the campus.

Each room is furnished with the following amenities:

2. One single dresser
3. One desk and chair
4. Free satellite television service (T.V. not included)
5. Free local telephone service (Telephone not included)
6. Free high-speed Internet

Important Reminder! College policy requires all out-of-district/out-of-state first time freshman students choosing to attend Southwestern to live in student housing their freshman year unless you have a dependent, are a veteran, are 21 years of age prior to the first day of class, or if student housing is filled. To be eligible for housing students must be 18 years old before December 15 th of the fall term.
