FINDING A JOB
SWOCC Career Center Services in Stensland Hall helps students and community members set their course toward careers.
WorkSource Oregon has a local office in North Bend, as well as a website that points job seekers to job openings, job skills training and other resources.
JobNet: Find out about job openings around the state with this site from the Oregon Labor Market Information System.
South Coast Business Employment Corporation in Coos Bay offers workshops, a resource room with computers, links to online job banks, and more.

 MyPathCareers.org: WorkSource Oregon puts together this colorful and engaging website to help students explore careers, including careers with minimum educational requirements.
Occupational Outlook Handbook This site features hundreds of occupations and describes What They Do, Work Environment, How to Become One, Pay, and more. Each profile also includes employment projections for the 2010–20.
O-Net Online: Research which careers have bright outlooks or find out which jobs match your abilities.

Oregon Dislocated Worker Program offers help with finding work, retraining and other resources for workers who have lost their job due to layoffs and closures.
