Currently enrolled students, current faculty, and staff of the Southwestern college community in Coos and Curry counties, and any resident of the college district may check out materials from the Southwestern library provided they have a current COASTLINE patron card.

To apply for a COASTLINE patron card:

• Complete application. Application forms may be obtained from any COASTLINE library or print application.
• Take the completed application to any COASTLINE library along with proof of identity such as student ID, valid driver license, utility bill, printed check, or military ID.

Lost Cards

• The card holder is responsible for all materials checked out on their patron library card up to the time it is reported lost or stolen.
• Barcodes will be deactivated when the card is reported lost or stolen.
• There is a $1 fee for replacement of the lost card.
• Only one active card at a time per patron is permitted.
• Library cards can be replaced at any COASTLINE library.
