Housing Students

• Mail is taken to Desdemona Sands Mail Depot.
• Open hours are posted each term
• Letters are sorted and placed in each student housing mailbox
• A package notice is placed in the recipient’s mailbox. ID is required for pickup at Mail Services Tioga, Rm 102.
• Stamped mail may be dropped into the outgoing mail slot at Desdemona Sands depot (be sure to use your unit number in your address)
• Provide forwarding service when you change your address

Do not drop any film service return mail (Netflix, Blockbuster, etc.) in the slot; you must bring it to Mail and Print Services.

Couriers will NOT pickup or deliver to Student Way. You MUST bring your package to Mail and Print Services.

All Students

• Send letters and packages
  • USPS (we sell stamps, and we will weigh your letter/package to see if you need more than one stamp)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
• We sell a variety of shipping supplies. Also available are free Priority Mail envelopes and boxes.
• Stamped mail may be dropped into the large free-standing blue mail box at the entrance of the hallway going into Mail/Print Services
• Fax service - $1.00 per page with free cover sheet
• Copy service and all other bindery services that we offer
• Self-service coin operated copier on 2nd floor of library
• Forwarding service when you change your address
