Small Business Management: Skills to Prosper Series: Managing By The Numbers!

NORTH BEND, OR – The Skills to Prosper series will meet once a week on Tuesday evenings starting November 13th from 6:00pm-9:00pm, 2012. For all residents of Coos, Curry and Douglas county, the Southwestern Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering this series of classes to help business professionals understand and manage their finances; keep accurate records, understand financial reports, budgets and forecasting, understand and forecast cash flow, track and analyze key financial indicators, and work with your banker.

In addition to the course, one-to-one business advising, as well as access to other SBDC resources is available and is included in the cost of the training.  Dates: Tuesdays, Nov. 13th, Nov. 20th, Nov. 27th, Dec. 4th, Dec. 11th, Dec. 18th, from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Deadline for preregistration is Nov. 2nd, please call after Nov. 2nd, to see if room is still available. Cost for the training is $250 for 6 classes or $200 for chamber members, tribal businesses and virtual incubator and incubator tenants. Individual classes are $45.00. The cost covers the complete program, as well as materials.  Classes will be held in the Business Center, 2455 Maple Leaf in North Bend and by IPTV video at our Curry Campus.
