The Council of Institutional Researchers is a statewide affiliation of community college and agency staff who are engaged in the analysis and reporting of college data for federal, state, local and internal uses.

Our mission is "Working together to provide quality information to advance Oregon Community Colleges". The council has four Goals which were developed in 1998.  Our Research Guidelines, developed in 1994, provide a code of ethics and professional conduct.

Dues: A meeting fee of $15 per attendee is charged to cover expenses.

• Winter: February 16, 2012 at Portland - Sylvania Campus, College Center Building - Cedar Room
• Spring: May 17, 2012 at Central Oregon
• OCCITA generally meets the day after OCCCIR meetings.  
• Joint CIA/CSSA meeting with IR in the Spring - TBA
