How to Apply


Applying for membership to Phi Theta Kappa is simple. Download the application file below or pick one up from the local chapter advisor, Anthony Collins. Fill it out and hand it in with a receipt from the college cashier for $60.00. With your Phi Theta Kappa membership you will receive the Golden Key membership pin, the official, gold embossed certificate certifying your membership with Phi Theta Kappa, a subscription to Society publications, and a wallet sized Phi Theta Kappa identification card.

Other benefits include a Phi Theta Kappa stamp on your transcripts as well as the gold seal of Phi Theta Kappa on your community college diploma identifying you as an outstanding student and a member of this prestigious honor society. Phi Theta Kappa membership also gives college students a greater range of scholarship possibilities as well as being part of a well recognized society specializing in excellence and achievement.
