Southwestern Oregon Community College Recreation Center

The Southwestern Oregon Community College Recreation Center, completed in the Fall of 2006, is a recreational and entertainment masterpiece for both regular students and community patrons. Our facility offers a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with a wide range of Precor/Life Fitness cardio equipment, Life Fitness circuit weight machines, Hammer Strength weight machines, and modern free weight machines, barbells, and dumbbells. The Recreation Center is also home to a collegiate-sized basketball court, racquetball court, activity room, dance room, game room, day-use locker rooms, and more! There are also Rec Center Specialists available during specific hours of the week (by appointment) to assist you in developing a workout that is perfect for your needs. Students registered for a credit class can enjoy the facility for free. If you are not currently taking a credit class, you can still register to use the facility at the Rec Center Front Desk (see Facility Usage link for registration fees). Regardless of your individual exercise needs and fitness experience, it is likely that the Rec Center has equipment and activities that are ideal for you!

Saturday-Sunday: 10AM-7PM

* Facility doors may be locked 30 minutes prior to closing. Hours are subject to change.

OPEN USAGE: Rooms are open on an individual basis for use during times when not reserved for classes, community education, intercollegiate sports, intramurals, and rentals. Schedules will be posted near the entrances to each room. We will make an attempt to post event and rental reservation information when they are scheduled.
