Taking Care of You: Powerful Tools for Caregiving

A free, educational class for family caregivers of older adults.

Are you caring for an older relative?
This educational program is designed especially for you, the family caregiver.

You will benefit from this class whether you are helping

  • a parent,
  • a spouse, or
  • other relative

The care receiver may live

  • at home
  • in a nursing home or
  • across the country

The class will give you TOOLS to help you thrive, not just survive.
