Returning Borrower Loan Request Form

Students who have borrowed from Southwestern during the previous year, are not required to complete a new loan application each year. This is due to the multi-year feature that allows students to sign the master promissory note (MPN) only once, and it remains valid for multiple years. Therefore, as a returning borrower, all you need to do is complete this loan request form.

Determining your income and expenses is essential when requesting a loan. To determine how much you need, list the income and expenses you will have for the terms you are requesting to borrow by completing the budget below.
