Internship Registration Process

1. Students need to meet with their advisor, a counselor, or Tom Bennett, Director of Internships, to make arrangements.
2. Typically, the student interviews at the potential placement site to confirm the internship.
3. Registration for internship is done at the registration office, and a signature from an instructor is required. The co-requisite to this course is Orientation to Internship, BA 0771, which you must register for at the time of internship registration.
4. Additional forms needed to complete the process include; the Approval, Agreement and Objective form, Statement of Confidentiality form, Employers Evaluation Form and the Student Monthly Production sheets. These are available from the Internship Office.
