Student Support Services

To qualify for membership in Student Support Services, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You are enrolled (or have been accepted for enrollment) at Southwestern

2. At least one of the following applies to you:

• Neither parent has a 4-year (bachelor's) degree
• You meet the low income requirements for federal TRIO programs
• You have a documented disability (physical or learning)

3. You are working toward an Associate's degree and/or plan to transfer to a 4-year college or university (and expect to graduate or transfer within 3 or 4 years of joining SSS)

4. You complete an application to join SSS and have an interview with an SSS staff member
