Athletics
Southwestern currently fields teams in men's basketball, baseball, wrestling and soccer, women's basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, men's and women's golf, and coed track.

Associated Student Government (ASG)
The Associated Student Government of Southwestern Oregon Community College (ASG) is a recognized platform for student governance and the development of leadership.

Internships give students real-life hands-on work experience. You can gain valuable workplace insight while earning college credit.

LakerOne Card
The LakerOne Card picture ID is required for all credit students. This card can be used for meals in Dining Services, printing or copy services, campus services entry card and merchant discounts.

Student Discounts
All current Southwestern students are eligible for various discounts throughout the community. Simply show your current Student ID Card at many participating local businesses.

Student Housing
The student housing apartments are located at the west edge of campus along the shore of beautiful Empire Lakes. They offer an environment conducive to development and growth academically, socially and personally.

Study Abroad
SWOCC, a member of the Oregon International Education Consortium (OIEC), offers four study-abroad programs.

Recreation Center
The Recreation Center has a fully-equipped fitness center featuring cardio equipment, circuit weight training machines, and free weight equipment. The facility also offers a basketball court, racquetball court, and day-use lockers.

Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors represent Southwestern Oregon Community College to new and prospective students through several activities and responsibilities.

Students Right to Privacy (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, also known as the Buckley Amendment, protects the privacy of student records.

Voter Registration Information
You may register to vote if you are a U.S. citizen, resident of Oregon, and will be 18 by Election Day. Voter registration applications are available at Admissions, Registration, and Student Life and Leadership office.
