"Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace." - Milan Kundera
I hope you all got a chance to get outside and enjoy some sun on Saturday it was gorgeous! I was outside just about all day until I had to go to work I got a lot of week-eating done and helped with fence building so we got a lot accomplished at the ranch which was good. That was pretty much my weekend working outside and homework and work at taco bell so it was productive which is always better than the other choice :)
This week is going to be kind tough to get through without being sad... For the sake of our other two dogs, as well as the other dogs, horses, and people that are out at our house pretty often, we have to put my dog Duke down tomorrow.. We have three pit bulls and they are all three really great dogs, but Duke has a violent side that only comes out when we're not at home or when he has to be locked up and it's only been since we've moved so we're pretty sure it comes from the environment change...it sucks a lot and I'm gonna miss the good things about my buddy but it's what we have to do as responsible Pit-bull owners...
On a happier note I suppose classes are going pretty good so far! Staying caught up on all my homework and getting everything done on time which is nice. I apply for a new job Thursday of this week for the summer internship in the admissions office so wish me luck on that! Other than that not a whole lot to tell you guys.
I hope your weekend was your own version that was as good, if not better than mine. Let's hope the weather acts more like Saturday's weather on a regular basis huh?
Have a good week!
