I have been watching as many world cup games as I can, and of course all of the US games.  The call that the ref made in the last game was probably the worst call I have seen at the World Cup level.  I am still not sure as to why on earth he took back that goal from Edu.  I must have watched the replay 20 times by now and still can not see what he saw to call off that goal.  I am thinking that it must have been a makeup call or something for one he missed earlier, but TO TAKE BACK A GOAL. COME ON!! Good thing he wont be doing anymore games!

Then I was watching the US Open golf tournament and after Saturday I thought we were going to in for a good round Sunday.  That couldn't have been further from the truth.  It became a tournament of who wasn't going to bleed off strokes rather than someone winning the tournament with a good round Sunday.  Not only was the play dissapointing, but an american didn't win either.  Graeme McDowell from Northern Ireland ended up taking the tournament.  Probably the worst US Open I have watched, because there was no excitment at all no one was making a move in the right direction.
