Every day I wake up, take a shower, get dressed and drive to class. I set my alarm at a time that will give me the most time to sleep while still giving me enough time to take a shower and get ready for school. After my first class of the day, I usually find my way into Kari's office and I am always feeling this horrible sensation in my stomache. This sensation is called hunger! Most of the time I will find a small snack to reduce my hunger pains, but the fact to the story is that I need to eat more than that. I don't give myself enough time in the morning to eat breakfast and that can be an issue. Eating breakfast gives you the calories, which is energy, to start off the day. As a College student, sleep has one of the highest priorities on the list. We would much rather get an extra 15 minutes of sleep than wake up and cook something. Breakfast is important and I feel a sense of regret everytime I get hungry. So I am going to try to wake up just a little bit earlier inorder to find a bite to eat before class.
