Faculty Cohorts

Fall Cohort1

Full-time faculty members at SOCC have the opportunity to participate in an innovative cohort learning process through the support of the Title III Teaching and Learning Innovations Grant.

The purpose of the cohort initiative is to give faculty the opportunity to work in collaborative small groups to help them identify areas for growth, acquire new knowledge and skills, and apply their learning to the curriculum design and delivery process.

Process

Faculty who wish to participate should first talk to their instructional leader to determine the best year to participate and then fill out and return the Faculty Cohort Application. Faculty Cohort Application

Cohorts will take place during Winter Term in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
