  • 05/19/2019: Congratulations to Southwestern's InventOR team STARS for competing and advancing in the InventOR semifinals this weekend in Portland. The team received a $2000 prototyping grant to continue their progress on self-tightening shoes for the elderly and physically limited.

Our Program

Southwestern's Engineering program provides the fundamental foundations of engineering curriculum in both Electrical/Computer Engineering and Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Students are introduced to the engineering profession, problem solving, computational methods, and professional ethics. 

Within the program we offer two Associate of Science Degrees:

  • Associate of Science Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Associate of Science Mechanical/Civil Engineering
