The Southwestern Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists exclusively to support Southwestern Oregon Community College in providing the highest quality educational programs and services for our students and their communities. Honoring Amy Grile

If you would like to honor Amy’s life, gifts may be made to the Patricia Benetti & Amy Grile Memorial Endowment Scholarship Fund. This scholarship supports reflects Amy and Tricia’s generosity, compassion and deep belief in helping  others find inspiring paths in their lives. SWOCC provided Amy with a strong foundation for her education, leading to a meaningful career and great friendships. 

2026 Winemaker’s Dinner with OCCI and Abacela Winery

Join the SWOCC Foundation and Abacela Winery on Saturday, May 16 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI) for a multi-course Winemaker’s Dinner. OCCI Executive Chef Randy Torres and his team will pair each course with award-winning Abacela wines, with CEO Greg Jones sharing stories behind the vintages. Proceeds support the Culinary Competition Team and equipment needs for the college’s culinary program.
