COOS BAY, Ore. – Southwestern Oregon Community College is currently looking for food vendors to cater on campus events as needed.

Campus Dining Services and the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute provide and manage food and beverage service programs including catering, special events and summer conference meal service on our Coos Campus. Because of this, these departments have the first right of refusal for catering of all College affiliated events.

To accommodate the volume of requests received, some flexibility is allowed to utilize other means for catering. To help streamline this, the College is looking for food vendors interested in becoming an approved caterer at Southwestern.

To be considered, the vendor must be able to:

  • Provide Vendor’s Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000 naming Southwestern Oregon Community College;
  • Complete a contract with Southwestern Oregon Community College;
  • Be self-sufficient;
  • Identify itself as the company catering throughout the event;
  • Follow additional college policies and regulations as applicable.
