Fall is the perfect season for cozy flavors and festive treats—and Southwestern is serving up a chance to sharpen your baking skills with a hands-on Community Education cooking class at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI).
In this one-day workshop, Living the Gourd Life – Fall Desserts, you’ll learn how to:

Sculpt and decorate a mini pumpkin cake that looks just like the real thing.

Make and fry pumpkin cake donuts from scratch.

Create bat-shaped cake pops that are almost too cute to eat.

Add a Halloween twist by “spookifying” traditional cookie recipes.
