Part science, part artistry and an important role in manufacturing! Our Welding (AAS) degree can teach you the skills to launch a career in the industry! Gain the technical knowledge and the hand skills to safely and effectively join or cut metal parts for public, private, and government manufacturing/infrastructure projects. You’ll learn the difference between weld types and equipment, plus their proper application. You’ll also study blueprints, learn industry standards, and demonstrate your ability to fit, layout, and weld basic projects.
